The water is as hot as the sun. This is an example because it shows the reader how hot the water is, the water cant be as hot as the sun, it impossible. Examples When Henry thought he was died and he had wings, in the school bell room.

This would be an example because you are just making something up about someone or somethings, that might not be true. Examples: The poster of the German kid holding food with the women around him. personification- : attribution of personal qualities; especially : representation of a thing or abstraction as a person or by the human form. EX The achient Egyptians are good examples of symbolism because their language is only drawings on the wall called hygliphics.
